About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professional Council (PYL39011).
I have been working in the NHS for over fifteen years, mostly within adult mental health services, working predominantly with complex emotional needs, complex trauma, psychosis, bipolar and long term anxiety and low mood. I am currently working as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist for an NHS service which aims to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care.
I use a range of therapeutic models, including:

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
